Block any website in XP

In windows XP, there is an option to block or reject access of any website....this can be done by a very simple process.
1. Browse to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
2. Find the file named "HOSTS" .
3. Open it with Notepad.
4. Add 127.0.0.2 http://www.sitenameyouwantblocked.com/ , below 127.0.0.1 localhost line and that site will no longer be accessible.
5.If u want to regain the access of that website, just delete the newly added line.
